1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to aimgj.com and its web services and is issued by the website operator. It explains information handling during visits, search, preparation of creation settings and messaging.
Independent app features and third-party sites have their own privacy notices, which this policy does not automatically replace. Contact the administrator through the message page.
2. Adults only
This product and website are only for users who are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of adulthood in their location. Minors must not access or use the service.
We do not target minors or seek their personal data through messages. If you discover minor use or accidentally provide a minor’s data, stop that use and notify us through the message page. We will verify as necessary and handle or delete the information under applicable law. An age notice is not identity or age certification.
3. Information and purposes
Visits and referrals: the browser sends a random visitor ID, page identifier, referral address and available campaign tags. The server combines request IP, time, device and browser type to measure visits, visitors, sessions and channels, investigate faults and prevent abuse. The analytics database extracts the referral site rather than keeping full referral query parameters. Random IDs are not real identities, but may involve personal information when combined with IP data.
Analytics stores page types or work IDs, not Chinese work titles or search keywords. Separate technical logs may contain IP, request URL, time, status and browser details. URLs can contain search parameters; never search for passwords, identity numbers or similar sensitive information.
Download clicks: actual Android and iPhone download buttons record time, platform, entry page and anonymous visitor ID, linked to session source for click counts, unique visitors and conversion rates. Legacy keyword and other older pages use the same statistics. Opening a download prompt or jumping to its section is recorded separately as a guide-entry click, not an actual platform download click. These records do not confirm a completed download or installation.
Search: submitted keywords, categories, sort and pagination parameters are sent to the independent search service. Recent results are cached on the server and browser to reduce repeated queries, rather than kept as permanent personal search profiles. Local search history is limited to 20 entries and can be removed in its panel.
Creation settings: prompts, drafts and specifications are mainly processed and saved in this browser. Copy actions write the selected settings to the clipboard. Web pages do not upload photos or generate videos; those actions take place separately in the app.
Messages: the site stores subject, text, time, session ID, IP and any optional name/contact details to respond, find conversations, prevent abuse and handle disputes. Contact details and IP are visible only to authorized administrators. Conversations are private. Do not submit passwords, codes, payment data or unrelated third-party information.
Transmission: page visits, cover loading, playback clicks and download entries generate the network requests necessary to supply content. The site and resource providers may receive IP, browser information and requested resource addresses.
4. Cookies, local storage and choices
A message cookie identifies private conversations in the current browser for 90 days from creation. It is not an account. Clearing or disabling cookies, changing browsers or expiry may prevent direct access. Cookie expiry does not automatically delete server messages.
A random analytics browser ID is retained for a rolling 30 days renewed on visits. Search drafts/history and creation drafts remain locally until deleted, overwritten or site data is cleared. Some browsing positions and result caches exist only during the page session.
Use browser privacy and site-data controls to manage storage. Remove search history in its panel and clear site data to remove other local drafts. Disabling storage can affect continuity; it does not automatically delete submitted messages, stop necessary network requests or erase existing server records.
5. Retention
Visit events, guide-entry clicks and actual download clicks are each rotated within the most recent 30 days and a cap of 200,000 records. Cleanup runs while new records are processed. Browser IDs follow the rule above; source-session data is retained separately for short-term session needs.
Messages do not automatically disappear when a page or conversation closes or a 90-day cookie expires. We should retain them only as necessary for inquiries, disputes or legal obligations. You may request deletion; the administrator verifies and processes it under applicable rules. Unnecessary use of legally retained records is restricted.
Technical logs and backups are managed separately according to maintenance, security, troubleshooting and legal needs. The analytics 30-day limit does not describe every log or backup. Backup-related deletion is handled through normal update cycles, with use restricted during necessary retention.
6. Recipients, distribution and external services
Hosting, network and CDN providers may handle request information necessary for transmission, maintenance and security. Review the separate notices after following app or external download entries.
The site currently uses its own analytics and private messages, without third-party advertising trackers or automatic external message notifications in those functions. Private conversations are not published in the catalog or sitemap.
Where providing personal information to an independent third party, changing purposes or cross-border provision requires notice, authorization or other procedures, we will follow applicable law. Resource requests may be processed outside your location; this policy does not promise all processing in one country or region.
7. Security
HTTPS, administrator access limits, authentication and session separation help protect information. Only authorized administrators can view private backend data. No technology guarantees absolute security.
Protect your device and browser and avoid leaving private sessions or drafts on public devices. Report suspected exposure or unusual access through messages. We will take necessary measures and fulfill applicable notification duties.
8. Access, correction, deletion and other requests
Submit a privacy request through the message page for access, copies, corrections, deletion, processing restrictions or withdrawal of consent where applicable law permits. Include the request type, relevant session or approximate time and necessary clues; do not send passwords, codes or complete identity documents.
We may require proportionate verification to avoid wrongly disclosing or deleting another person’s information. We will reply within a reasonable period and explain limitations, required retention or processing time. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or automatically end processing based on another lawful basis.
A request itself creates message and network records described here. Keep the browser session to read replies. If you lost the original session, create a message describing the issue; we will assist after necessary verification.
9. Policy updates
The page states its update and effective date. Notices may change with features. Material changes to purposes, information categories or recipients will be communicated reasonably, with separate consent where required. Reading this policy does not waive statutory rights.
